大家好! 你哋上個星期點啊?😊

Hello!

Last week was full of giving talks, baptisms, and miracles.

President Pearson from one of the branches I handle asked me to give a talk for the entire week. Soooo, I had the chance to give a talk from Tuesday to Friday (with different topics everyday) and there's one more this coming Saturday 😊 I focused my talks on strengthening our faith in Jesus Christministering to other people, coupled with the learnings I had here in my mission. Pretty interesting week as I prepare for those talks 😊 I love it!

We also had baptisms last week! [One of whom] I met first back in [a previous area] 😊 It's wonderful to see her growth in the gospel and her love in reading the Book of Mormon everyday. I was one of [the] witnesses during her baptism and that was my first time to be a "witness" for someone's baptism 😊 I am so happy and grateful for the opportunity.

[One] of the people that we're teaching has a baptismal date for the first week of December 😊 We are so excited for her to enter and start the covenant path 😊

Miracles happen every day, even the smallest ones like what's to eat for dinner (and the every day branch will give us something to eat) but the greatest miracle that happened last week was [when a member helped us] escape the protests. We weren't told that there will be a protest last Saturday afternoon in [our areas] not until the protesters were gathering outside the church and the vicinity. We tried to be home as fast as we could and luckily we met a member who helped us escape the crowd. We were almost home, probably three blocks away from our apartment, when someone used a tear gas and it got on to our face. We ran as fast as we could to get away from that place. It was scary 😢 I still feel dizzy sometimes because of it but we were so blessed and grateful that we were able to go home after wandering for an hour. What an experience! Truly unforgettable.

I know and I testify that our Heavenly Father loves us and Jesus is the Christ. They love us unconditionally. The gospel of Jesus Christ is true and I will never get tired sharing this to other people.

I love you all! Have a great week!
