How's everyone's last week? Anything special/exciting happened? 😊 Last week was a good week for me and I'm almost done with my first transfer! Wooop wooop! 😁 The people we teach (investigators) are still in Mainland so last week was all about "finding" people to teach 😊 ... and also, I'm excited for the new district coming to Hong Kong this Thursday! 😁

Updates/Highlights from last week:
July 30th Monday -
I had a chill P-Day haha... So our summer missionary last month invited us at her house and chenged (dinner/lunch appointment) us. We ate soooo much good food! 😁 Then had the rest of our P-Day there and we played card games (Saboteur, Jack, Uno etc.)... At night, me and Yam Jimuih (my companion) met with Brother L. (remember the one who fonged [canceled appointment] us last Wednesday? Haha) and read Moroni 7 together. We're really doing our best to get him back to church again. We'll fast for him this Sunday!

July 31st Tuesday -
I gave the training today in our District Council and it was about Relying on the Spirit 😊 I also showed them two videos: The Holy Ghost is the Teacher by Elder Ballard and the one video is also entitled The Holy Ghost is the Teacher by Elder Bednar and Elder Osguthorpe... I know that the Holy Ghost is the real teacher and we should rely on the Spirit in order for us to teach with convincing power. The Spirit will show us where to go, what to do, and what to say 😊 ...

August 1st Wednesday -
New month! Wow!... Haha, we did Crossroads and did some "deep cleaning" at this container truck and organized the stuff in it. After that, they asked us to go to General Simulation area and helped clean/organize the room. The room is super cool! It'an army simulation and they have some props and costumes there. The room depicts/shows the situation of an actual refuge... At night, watched "The Mailbox" and "The Refiner's Fire" with my apartmentmates 😊

August 2nd Thursday -
Nothing special happened today lol. Just more missionary work! 😊 did some Finding and some Potential calls...
Had tamjai for dinner. 😁

August 3rd Friday -
Met with my Zone today and had our Zone Opening Exercises. Talked about our last month's goals and we actually did pretty good. Then we made goals for this month of August.

August 4th Saturday -
Did potential calls and two of them said they'll love to come to church tomorrow! 😊 ... At night, we had "move calls" and since I am still in training, I won't move/transfer to another area and my trainer is going home next month so I might stay longer in [my first area] 😊

August 5th Sunday -
Ward Council. Fast and Testimony Sunday. We had our Ward Fasting today 😊 ... One of those people we called yesterday actually showed up at church today yay! He said he had a great time at church and is really willing to learn more about the gospel. He's so nice! We'll pray for his progress 😊
