大家好!

Hello! How's everyone? 😊

We had another move calls and I am moving for my last transfer! Our transfer day is on Wednesday. Haha technically I only have 5 weeks left 😂 I am going to do pure Tagalog work now (no Cantonese) and my new companion is Sister Briz from [the Philippines] 😊 I am excited to work with the Filipino sisters! Yay!.. The 30 incoming missionaries were delayed again due to what's happening here in Hong Kong but hopefully they'll be here in 2 weeks. We'll see 😊

Video of last week's Pday:

Updates from last week:

Deep Clean day / Sis. Mendoza's final moments with us (her unicorn in a ziplock!)

Sis. Mendoza's dressed matched Laban's couture hahaha!

Our deep clean day was so fun! Our mission parents visited us and brought us some baaus (breads) mehehe 😊 It was Sister Mendoza's last day too in the mission haha and now they're home. Wow! Shoutout to Sister Mendoza, Sister Lim, and Sister Caunca 💕... We enjoyed Sister Mendoza's last day with us. We truly miss her in the apartment but having Sister Boniao [my former companion] is a blast too. She's Sister Badua's new companion now. I was able to reconnect with her and talk about our past friends and recent converts in [our previous areas].

Sis. Boniao's first dinner with us: tuyo, kamatis, and tocino! Yay! And more food adventures!

This week, our friend...was really active going to our different activities. She went to the pingpong activity, had a lesson with her after, and she also went to our English class last week. We are doing our best to really encourage her to read more the Book of Mormon. She loves reading the Bible so we want to make a list of things or stories in the Bible which was also mentioned or talked in the Book of Mormon. Sadly her work schedule requires her to work every Sunday so she wasn't able to come to the church services. We will continue on following up on her. We also had some of our friends who came to church yesterday and a new friend 😊 Still have some miracles despite the rough week we had.

During our windows last week, there was this Filipino woman who was on a rush but managed to talk to us for a short time, just asking who we are, what do we do etc. cos she saw our name tags. We tried to introduce ourselves to her and she said, "Okay! Uhmm, I will add you as my FB friend so I can message you. I also want to try your church." Haha. Interesting lady! She's so nice! After the rejections that time in our windows, there's someone who is still willing to learn more about the message we share. We scheduled her for this coming week, hopefully she'll show up and they can teach her. Anyways, my baby is not a baby anymore! She finished her training hahaha and she graduated last week lol.

I also gave a training in my "one week district" haha about Teaching by the Spirit and Pray with Faith. I encouraged my district to rely more on the Spirit and really emphasized the importance of it's companionship especially in giving Spirit-led invitations.

Our companionship is doing great. It's time for the mom to leave her daughter 😊 I know Sister Madriaga will kill it! She's a great missionary and I'm excited for her successes with her new companion.

My companion's "graduation" ceremony. Haha!

I said my goodbyes to [my wards] yesterday. I'm grateful for the opportunity that I had to serve here for 7 weeks. I'll forever treasure the things I learned from them and the friendships I made here in these wards. I know Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ loves us so much. God gave us His perfect plan and He wants us to be happy ðŸ˜Š He will never forsake us. Be happy and stay happy 💕

Also, I'm excited to watch the General Conference this weekend 😊 Were your questions been answered by the conference? 😊 What were your favorites? 😊
