Hello everyone! 😊 What a wonderful week! From teaching lessons, to visiting members, to ministering to other people/members 😊 What a great opportunity to be a missionary! 💜
Last week was very special! We had this Mission Wide Conference with Elder M. Russell Ballard (the acting president of the Quorum of the Twelve Apostles) and other church leaders (Elder Gay of the Presidency of the Seventy, and Bishop Davies of the Presiding Bishopric and our Area Presidency). I am so grateful to hear from them and be lifted by their counsels 😊 I know that Elder Ballard is an Apostle of God and I sustain him. I really love his counsels and his apostolic promise to us missionaries. I think what stood out to me was when he said that "When you're having a tough day, you should stop and think about Gethsemane." This is such a powerful statement for me! I know that missionary work is very stressful sometimes but there are also fun and fulfilling times and at the end of the day, I can say to myself "Wow, I did it! I was able to help God with His work today". I love being a missionary! I know that through Christ, all things are possible.
Also, move calls happened last Saturday night! I have to leave Macau cos of visa issues (I'm only allowed to stay here for 2 months) but I'm so pumped to be back in Hong Kong on Thursday! I will definitely miss Macau but I hope I'll get another chance to serve here in the future 😊 ... Also, my new companion will be Sister Alboroto! 😁 We used to live together [in a previous area] and she's a really good friend of mine so I'm really excited to work with her! 😊

The Gospel of Jesus Christ brought light, hope, and joy into my life. I'm so thankful for those missionaries who knocked on my grandparents' door and taught these things. I'm grateful to be a missionary and to be able to help people find real happiness and peace. I know that this gospel will bless each one of us to endure joyfully to the end! 😊
