Guess whattt? I hit my "hump day" last week! I'm halfway through my mission! 9 months! 😁 Waaaa! Sihgaan gwo dak taai faai (Time really flies so fast!). Anyways, how's everyone? Thank you for reading my email every week 😊 I hope I inspire you guys even a lil bit 😁

Updates/Highlights from last week:

- So yeah, last PDay we went to HK Disneyland! It was soooo fun! 😊

- We officially cover [2 areas/Wards] now 😊 It's great to have another ward/people to care for 😊 and they are sooo nice! 💗 We were so excited to explore our new area and open [for the] sisters again 😊 FUN!

-We also met some of our returning members this week. And majority of them came to church yesterday! 😁 ... Anyways, one of the returning members named Sister "C." texted us last week and scheduled us to meet with her hahaha... And yeah, so we met with her and did a lil bit of "Build a Relationship and Trust (BRT)" and "getting to know you". Then, we were caught off guard when she asked us "Why life is unfair? Why is there unhappiness?". We shared 2 Nephi 2:13 and Ether 12:4 to her and bore our testimonies...

-Update for Bro. "A." (our recent convert): He is really a w e s o m e! We talked about his life realizations for the past year and life goals for this year. He's so humble and really teachable and said that the best decision he did last year was to meet the missionaries and get baptized! So sweet! 😁

- We're working on 2 new friends right now and one of them is named Sis. "G.". Her brother is actually a member of our church and studying in BYU at the moment. Her brother asked her to find the missionaries and meet with us, and so she did! 😊 She is very cute and has a lot of potential 😊

We had a greet week indeed! 😊 Grateful to have this week and continue doing missionary work, His work 😊 I love the Gospel and I love the church. I know it is God's true church. I am grateful to be here in my mission and to have these experiences. 😊 I know that Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ loves us sooo much. Their love is unconditional.

WEEK 39

你好 Léih hóu everyone!

How's everyone's week? 😊 I know I always say this but time really flies so fast! I've been in [this] area for a transfer now (6 weeks)! We got our transfer call last Saturday and me and my companion, Sister Allen, will remain companions (yay!) and we will now also cover another [neighboring] area... so we'll cover 2 areas/wards starting this week. Exciting!.. also, this email will be short cos we don't have much time to email today haha me and my roomies will go to Disneyland HK for free! 😁 One of the people we teach actually works there and he will get us in for free hahahaha! Keihjik leihge! (Miracle!)

Updates/Highlights from last week:

-We visited a returning member with some of the RS sisters and sang Nearer my God to Thee in Cantonese

-Had ice cream date with a primary girl who feels sad lately

- Had dinner with a YSA sisters and shared Elder Uchtdorf's talk "Your Wonderful Journey Home" (which she said she really needed at that time and brought comfort to her). I know that it's definitely the Spirit who helped us share this talk to her.

- Met "A." for his "after-baptism-lessons" and we also talked about how can we have eternal families, ways in strengthening our relationship with our family members and God

- We had a Relief Society activity wherein we got to know the new sisters in our ward 😊

- Yesterday was a great Sunday! 2 missionary referrals came to church with us and they really have a great potential. They stayed for the whole church service and even attended our Ward Family Home Evening activity after. Also our ward members did great in fellowshipping! 😊
