WEEK 68

你好大家! 你地好? 😊

How are you all? 😊

Nothing really new from last week. Still sharing the gospel at every chance we can 😊

I just want to share a miracle from last week.

Last Friday was crazy! We had back to back to back lessons/teaching appointments. Our day was really full! We started visiting a member and ate lunch with her and ministered. She's the member whose husband passed away almost 2 weeks ago but when we saw her yesterday, her countenance is lighter and it just shows that she trusted God, that everything's happening in her life is God's plan. She was also telling us that she will continue to do her family history work so she can help her ancestors too 😊 Super good!

Then we had 4 back to back lessons. It's good that we just stayed in that place/park so we don't have to travel for the next lesson haha. Mostly the people that we contacted can only meet us on that day so our day was really full. But throughout the lessons we had, we felt the influence of the Spirit and some of them really asked some deep questions and you can really tell that they're listening attentively to the message. When we were done with the lessons, a member also scheduled us to visit their family and so we went there and they live on the farthest [part of our area]. It was crazy thinking how we survived that day but I know that God is watching over us. He is mindful of us and He helped us in accomplishing all the things that we needed to do...

Video/Pic: I got super tired!

And I just love testifying every time about the Atonement of Christ and how much it blessed my life. We are so blessed to have this knowledge... Also all those people we invited for church came yesterday! It's amazing how we set those goals and accomplished it. It was a good week of meeting potentials, investigators, and members. A week full of miracles! 😊

...and oh! A Filipino member in our ward texted me last Saturday night that she's giving a talk so she asked me if I can translate for her during the Sacrament meeting (yesterday). It was crazy! Haha but gift of tongues is real! 😁😁 I love serving in [my area] and having our awesome members help us do His work.

A quote for everyone / Talk to ponder this week:

"In this mortal experience, we cannot control all that happens to us, but we have absolute control over how we respond to the changes in our lives. This does not imply that the challenges and trials we face are of no consequence and easily handled or dealt with. It does not imply that we will be free from pain or heartache. But it does mean that there is cause for hope and that due to the Atonement of Jesus Christ, we can move forward and find better days—even days full of joy, light, and happiness."

I know that Heavenly Father will not leave us. We are His children. Through Jesus Christ, we can overcome our trials. I love being a missionary! Spread peace and love! ✌️💕
