你好 Léih hóu everyone! 😊
More of my P-day biking pictures and videos at the end of this entry!
Not much time to email again but...
Here are the highlights from last week:
Photo: Saw AuAu!
Macau Sisters stayed in our apartment for exchanges and zone conference. It was fun! Our 4-people-small-apartment became 6 people apartment hahaha. It was nice to catch up with Sister McColgan (my MTC companion)! 😁
Timtam slam with the Sisters!
Visited Sis "L.". She's originally from Thailand and moved here in Hong Kong years years ago. She loves serving in the temple every week 😊 Just seeing her example and light makes me want to serve in the temple someday too 😊
Building relationships with our members 😊 They were so nice to schedule us to visit them and feed us. I love [these] wards! 😊
Zone Conference happened last Thursday and it was great. We talked about our experiences especially when we did no street contact/find 2 weeks ago... These are some of the things that I learned:
- We have limited perspective that we often comprehend His ways.(true!)
- Our love for God brings blessings.(Amen!)
- The things that we can measure succinctly are generally the things which are not of worth.
- We are totally dependent on the Lord for our success.
Played piano for a wedding lol and they're from Mainland China. The wedding was all in Mandarin lol but I understood some of the words haha pretty good. It was great to play piano for them even though I don't know them. Service for the week? 😁
Went to temple on Saturday morning and witnessed a [recent convert] do baptisms for the dead. It was Sister Boniao's recent convert from her last ward 😊 It reminded me of Sis "G." (from [my first] Ward) when we also went with her to temple last November.
[The other] Sis. "G." [from my ward now] is super super super doing great! 😊
Talk to ponder this week:
Thank you for reading my email every Monday and for your replies 😊 I know that God loves us so much. I love being a missionary and I know you can be a missionary as well by sharing your testimony to other people 😊 Or maybe just your feelings of gratitude from all the blessings that you receive each day... May we always look for the hands of the Lord in our daily lives 😊
